Helicopter overflight Laguna Esmeralda

Before starting this adventure at the old Ushuaia airport, we will have a brief safety briefing and then take off in the helicopter.

We will head north, flying over Ushuaia Bay, the port and the city, gaining altitude to enter the Olivia River Valley, easily appreciating the majestic Mount Olivia, and the characteristic Mount Cinco Hermanos.

We will begin to see the magnificent Carbajal Valley, with its amazing composition of peat formed over thousands of years thanks to the previous existence of an extensive glacier tongue. Continuing the overflight, we will access a second mountain range that houses a beautiful mirror of water, called Laguna Esmeralda because of its color.

This site, which will captivate us for its extraordinary color and environment, is one of the most visited attractions by tourists arriving at the end of the world, especially by those enthusiastic about trekking and camping. Finally we will return to the heliport, where the transfer will be waiting for us.
